V roce 1971 byla s\u00a01500 zam\u011bstnanci druh\u00fdm nejv\u011bt\u0161\u00edm kabelov\u00fdm z\u00e1vodem v b\u00fdval\u00e9 NDR. V roce 1992 se z\u00e1vod slou\u010dil se spole\u010dnost\u00ed Siemens AG a pot\u00e9 do\u0161lo k investi\u010dn\u00edm opat\u0159en\u00edm ve v\u00fd\u0161i 170 milion\u016f DM na zlep\u0161en\u00ed infrastruktury a logistiky. V n\u00e1sleduj\u00edc\u00edch letech n\u00e1sledovaly n\u011bkter\u00e9 zm\u011bny ve struktu\u0159e spole\u010dnosti a p\u0159em\u00edst\u011bn\u00ed v\u00fdroby. Od roku 2011 pat\u0159\u00ed spole\u010dnost do skupiny Prysmian Group, sv\u011btov\u00e9 jedni\u010dky na trhu v kabelov\u00e9m pr\u016fmyslu. Pot\u00e9 dlouh\u00e1 l\u00e9ta pracoval ve v\u00fdrob\u011b a firmu zn\u00e1 jako sv\u00e9 boty. Pot\u00e9, co n\u011bkte\u0159\u00ed kolegov\u00e9 absolvovali \u0161kolen\u00ed u poradensk\u00e9 firmy pro digitalizaci (MV-Works), vid\u011bl T. L. p\u0159\u00edle\u017eitost realizovat &#8222;jednoduch\u00fd n\u00e1pad&#8220;, zaji\u0161\u0165ovat znalosti star\u0161\u00edch zam\u011bstnanc\u016f prost\u0159ednictv\u00edm videa, kter\u00fd mu u\u017e n\u011bjakou dobu le\u017eel v hlav\u011b. Cenn\u00e9 znalosti a zku\u0161enosti star\u0161\u00edch koleg\u016f se nyn\u00ed maj\u00ed p\u0159ed\u00e1vat m\u00e9n\u011b zku\u0161en\u00fdm koleg\u016fm prost\u0159ednictv\u00edm kr\u00e1tk\u00fdch vzd\u011bl\u00e1vac\u00edch vide\u00ed. Ve vide\u00edch jsou kr\u00e1tce a v\u00fdsti\u017en\u011b vizu\u00e1ln\u011b vysv\u011btleny jednotliv\u00e9 pracovn\u00ed kroky se\u0159izovac\u00edho procesu, kter\u00e9 obsahuj\u00ed tak\u00e9 informace o bezpe\u010dnosti pr\u00e1ce, a jsou dopln\u011bny jednoduch\u00fdm vysv\u011btlen\u00edm.<\/p>\n<p>V sou\u010dasn\u00e9 dob\u011b spole\u010dnost zam\u011bstn\u00e1v\u00e1 p\u0159ibli\u017en\u011b 225 v\u00fdrobn\u00edch zam\u011bstnanc\u016f s pr\u016fm\u011brn\u00fdm v\u011bkem 52 let. Mnoz\u00ed z nich pracuj\u00ed ve spole\u010dnosti ji\u017e 30 a\u017e 40 let, absolvovali zde v mlad\u00e9m v\u011bku \u0161kolen\u00ed a nyn\u00ed jsou ji\u017e \u201estar\u00fdmi maz\u00e1ky\u201c. Mnoz\u00ed z\u00a0nich v\u0161ak postupn\u011b odch\u00e1zej\u00ed do d\u016fchodu.<\/p>\n<p>Hlavn\u00edm c\u00edlem spole\u010dnosti je dal\u0161\u00ed etablov\u00e1n\u00ed z\u00e1vodu ve Schwerinu jako jednoho z hlavn\u00edch v\u00fdrobn\u00edch z\u00e1vod\u016f skupiny Prysmian a jeho efektivita a ziskovost. Hlavn\u00ed n\u00e1pln\u00ed pr\u00e1ce jejich senior\u016f je pr\u00e1ce ve v\u00fdrob\u011b, co\u017e je v\u011bt\u0161inou fyzicky n\u00e1ro\u010dn\u00e1 pr\u00e1ce v klimaticky drsn\u00fdch podm\u00ednk\u00e1ch. V z\u00e1vod\u011b je n\u011bkolik v\u00fdrobn\u00edch a \u00fadr\u017eb\u00e1\u0159sk\u00fdch hal, kde stroje pracuj\u00ed nep\u0159etr\u017eit\u011b, a pracovn\u00edci ve \u010dty\u0159sm\u011bnn\u00e9m provozu.<\/p>\n<p>Hlavn\u00edm d\u016fvodem \u00fasp\u011b\u0161n\u00e9 adaptace je to, \u017ee u\u017e inici\u00e1tor jako mlad\u00fd zam\u011bstnanec s\u00e1m za\u017eil, \u017ee ho \u010dasto mrzelo, kdy\u017e star\u0161\u00ed kolegov\u00e9 byli na dovolen\u00e9 nebo nemocn\u00ed, on musel n\u011bco p\u0159ebudovat na stroji, ale nebyl tam nikdo, kdo by mu to po\u0159\u00e1dn\u011b vysv\u011btlil. Pro spole\u010dnost to znamenalo vysokou ekonomickou ztr\u00e1tu a podobn\u00fdch incident\u016f se st\u00e1valo n\u011bkolik. Krom\u011b v\u011bkov\u00fdch d\u016fvod\u016f jsou ve firm\u011b st\u00e1le \u010dast\u011bji zam\u011bstn\u00e1v\u00e1ni migranti. Zm\u00edn\u011bn\u00e1 videa mohou pomoci p\u0159ekonat i jazykovou bari\u00e9ru.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Pro T. L. je d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9, aby sv\u00fdm koleg\u016fm, zejm\u00e9na star\u0161\u00edm, jednodu\u0161e nevnucoval n\u011bco nov\u00e9ho. Chce je vz\u00edt s sebou. Chce to trp\u011blivost a dobrou komunikaci. Pro videoprojekt se mu poda\u0159ilo p\u0159esv\u011bd\u010dit v\u0161echny star\u0161\u00ed kolegy, aby se zapojili. Samoz\u0159ejm\u011b bylo zpo\u010d\u00e1tku nezvykl\u00e9, \u017ee se nat\u00e1\u010d\u00ed v pr\u00e1ci, ale nikdo nem\u011bl n\u00e1mitky ani \u00fa\u010dast neodm\u00edtl. T. Ze strany veden\u00ed byla bezv\u00fdhradn\u00e1 podpora a samoz\u0159ejm\u011b i on si uv\u011bdomovali v\u00fdhody. Za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed bylo po\u0159\u00edzeno bez v\u00e1h\u00e1n\u00ed. Technickou podporu zaji\u0161\u0165uje jeden z koleg\u016f. Po nat\u00e1\u010den\u00ed bylo akor\u00e1t t\u0159eba videa je\u0161t\u011b sest\u0159\u00edhat a upravit zvuk, jeliko\u017e je hluk stroj\u016f v hal\u00e1ch velmi hlasit\u00fd. Zaveden\u00ed tohoto osv\u011bd\u010den\u00e9ho postupu bylo zah\u00e1jeno v dubnu 2022 a po n\u011bkolika m\u011bs\u00edc\u00edch je\u0161t\u011b nebyla videa pro v\u0161echny stroje a nastavovac\u00ed procesy dokon\u010dena. N\u011bjakou dobu to trv\u00e1, ale doch\u00e1z\u00ed k pokroku. C\u00edlem je digit\u00e1ln\u00ed implementace vzd\u011bl\u00e1vac\u00edch vide\u00ed do popisu slu\u017eeb\/v objedn\u00e1vce v\u00fdroby, na dokumentech prost\u0159ednictv\u00edm QR k\u00f3du. Uva\u017euje se tak\u00e9 o za\u010dlen\u011bn\u00ed kontroln\u00edho seznamu, kter\u00fd mus\u00ed ka\u017ed\u00fd zam\u011bstnanec zpracovat.
