Na z\u00e1klad\u011b intern\u00edch dohod byl projekt p\u0159ejmenov\u00e1n na &#8222;V\u011bk Agave&#8220;, aby se p\u0159ede\u0161lo asociac\u00edm s v\u011bkem star\u0161\u00edch zam\u011bstnanc\u016f.<\/p>\n<p>P\u0159edpoklady projektu:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>doln\u00ed v\u011bkov\u00e1 hranice je stanovena na 50 let,<\/li>\n<li>mus\u00ed se za\u010d\u00edt s osv\u011btou a diagnostikou toho, jak\u00e9 jsou z\u00e1konitosti, trendy a postoje k lidem ve v\u011bku 50+,<\/li>\n<li>je t\u0159eba podniknout aktivity na podporu osob ve v\u011bku 50+, aby s nimi bylo zach\u00e1zeno bez diskriminace, dos\u00e1hnout lep\u0161\u00ed komunikace mezi zam\u011bstnanci r\u016fzn\u00e9ho v\u011bku a podpo\u0159it age management.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u0160lo o to \u010delit v\u00e1lce generac\u00ed, stereotyp\u016fm a ageismu. C\u00edlem projektu bylo tak\u00e9 zlep\u0161it mezigenera\u010dn\u00ed komunikaci a uk\u00e1zat potenci\u00e1l star\u0161\u00edch lid\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>P\u0159\u00ednosy:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed zapojen\u00ed do pr\u00e1ce zam\u011bstnanc\u016f 50+ a osob, kter\u00e9 se tomuto v\u011bku bl\u00ed\u017e\u00ed,<\/li>\n<li>budov\u00e1n\u00ed kultury diverzity a inkluze,<\/li>\n<li>rozvoj strategick\u00fdch kompetenc\u00ed lid\u00ed ve v\u011bku Agave,<\/li>\n<li>lep\u0161\u00ed sebev\u011bdom\u00ed star\u0161\u00edch pracovn\u00edk\u016f,<\/li>\n<li>lep\u0161\u00ed spolupr\u00e1ce lid\u00ed r\u016fzn\u00e9ho v\u011bku v r\u00e1mci organizace,<\/li>\n<li>profesn\u00ed aktivizaci v r\u016fzn\u00fdch v\u011bcn\u00fdch oblastech.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>V r\u00e1mci projektu byly realizov\u00e1ny n\u00e1sleduj\u00edc\u00ed aktivity:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>test budouc\u00edch kompetenc\u00ed pro osoby ve v\u011bku Agave. Respondent\u016fm byla poskytnuta individu\u00e1ln\u00ed zp\u011btn\u00e1 vazba, jak \u017e\u00edt v dob\u011b VUCA (z angli\u010dtiny: Volatility, Uncertainty, Complexity, and Ambiguity), jak se p\u0159izp\u016fsobit a b\u00fdt flexibiln\u00ed,<\/li>\n<li>byla uspo\u0159\u00e1d\u00e1na mezin\u00e1rodn\u00ed debata ve form\u011b webin\u00e1\u0159e s n\u00e1zvem: &#8222;S\u00edla zralosti v\u011bku Agave&#8220;.<\/li>\n<li>webov\u00e9 str\u00e1nky v\u011bnovan\u00e9 projektu,<\/li>\n<li>v r\u00e1mci ka\u017edoro\u010dn\u00edho festivalu o diverzit\u011b a inkluzi byl uspo\u0159\u00e1d\u00e1n dal\u0161\u00ed webin\u00e1\u0159 s n\u00e1zvem &#8222;V\u011bk v\u00a0pr\u00e1ci: kde je probl\u00e9m? Projekty zam\u011b\u0159en\u00e9 na lep\u0161\u00ed adaptaci zam\u011bstnanc\u016f v Agave v\u011bku na pracovi\u0161ti by m\u011bly m\u00edt sv\u016fj zdroj financov\u00e1n\u00ed a samostatn\u00e9 rozpo\u010dtov\u00e9 zdroje, aby bylo mo\u017en\u00e9 uspo\u0159\u00e1dat co nejv\u00edce hodnotn\u00fdch akc\u00ed. Do mezigenera\u010dn\u00edch projekt\u016f by se m\u011bli zapojit i z\u00e1stupci mlad\u0161\u00edch generac\u00ed zam\u011bstnanc\u016f (nejen lid\u00e9 ve v\u011bku Agave).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Zm\u00edn\u011bn\u00fd projekt, stejn\u011b jako jeho obsah a p\u0159\u00edstup k realizaci, m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt inspirac\u00ed pro ty vedouc\u00ed pracovn\u00edky a mana\u017eery, kte\u0159\u00ed cht\u011bj\u00ed podniknout kroky v oblasti age managementu ve vlastn\u00edch firm\u00e1ch. Je vynikaj\u00edc\u00edm p\u0159\u00edkladem projektu, kter\u00fd m\u016f\u017ee p\u0159in\u00e9st u\u017eitek mnoha spole\u010dnostem, kter\u00e9 budou realizovat doporu\u010den\u00ed
