Ka\u017ed\u00fd projekt trv\u00e1 p\u0159ibli\u017en\u011b 2 roky. V sou\u010dasn\u00e9 dob\u011b se realizuje projekt &#8222;Restart V &#8211; Profesn\u011b aktiviza\u010dn\u00ed program pro osoby star\u0161\u00ed 50 let&#8220;.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>C\u00edlem projektu je umo\u017enit 135 nezam\u011bstnan\u00fdm osob\u00e1m star\u0161\u00edm 50 let, \u017eij\u00edc\u00edm v Malopolsk\u00e9m vojvodstv\u00ed, pat\u0159\u00edc\u00edm ke skupin\u00e1m osob v nejobt\u00ed\u017en\u011bj\u0161\u00ed situaci na trhu pr\u00e1ce, nastoupit do zam\u011bstn\u00e1n\u00ed a udr\u017eet si ho t\u00edm, \u017ee jim bude poskytnuta mo\u017enost z\u00edskat dolo\u017eenou kvalifikaci, kompetence a odbornou praxi, jako\u017e i odstranit deficity v oblasti soci\u00e1ln\u00edch kompetenc\u00ed a motivace.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u00da\u010dastn\u00edci mohou vyu\u017e\u00edt n\u00e1sleduj\u00edc\u00edch forem podpory:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Individu\u00e1ln\u00ed profesn\u00ed poradenstv\u00ed s vypracov\u00e1n\u00edm individu\u00e1ln\u00edho ak\u010dn\u00edho pl\u00e1nu. Poradenstv\u00ed prob\u00edh\u00e1 formou individu\u00e1ln\u00edch setk\u00e1n\u00ed.<\/li>\n<li>Zprost\u0159edkov\u00e1n\u00ed zam\u011bstn\u00e1n\u00ed, kter\u00e9 m\u016f\u017ee prob\u00edhat formou p\u0159\u00edm\u00fdch setk\u00e1n\u00ed s \u00fa\u010dastn\u00edky projektu nebo formou online sezen\u00ed (na d\u00e1lku) &#8211; adekv\u00e1tn\u011b pot\u0159eb\u00e1m \u00fa\u010dastn\u00edk\u016f projektu.<\/li>\n<li>Podpora kari\u00e9rn\u00edho poradce spolu s monitorov\u00e1n\u00edm pln\u011bn\u00ed IAP (individu\u00e1ln\u00edho ak\u010dn\u00edho pl\u00e1nu).<\/li>\n<li>Odborn\u00e9 vzd\u011bl\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed (96 hodin). \u0160kolen\u00ed je zam\u011b\u0159eno na aktualizaci a zlep\u0161en\u00ed m\u011bkk\u00fdch profesn\u00edch dovednost\u00ed a \u0161kol\u00ed \u00fa\u010dastn\u00edky orientovat se na trhu pr\u00e1ce.<\/li>\n<li>St\u00e1\u017ee pro 115 \u00fa\u010dastn\u00edk\u016f projektu. Velmi d\u016fle\u017eitou roli zde hraje dobr\u00e1 znalost m\u00edstn\u00edho trhu pr\u00e1ce, pracovn\u00edch agentur a s\u00ed\u0165 kontakt\u016f na potenci\u00e1ln\u00ed zam\u011bstnavatele a organiz\u00e1tory odborn\u00fdch st\u00e1\u017e\u00ed. Je t\u0159eba br\u00e1t v \u00favahu nejen v\u011bk t\u011bchto lid\u00ed, ale tak\u00e9 r\u016fzn\u00e9 druhy posti\u017een\u00ed nebo obt\u00ed\u017en\u00e9 \u017eivotn\u00ed a rodinn\u00e9 situace.
