S poklesem po\u010dtu staveni\u0161\u0165 se sn\u00ed\u017eila i \u010dinnost v DSG.<\/p>\n<p>Jeliko\u017e se situace nezlep\u0161ovala a krize v odv\u011btv\u00ed stavebnictv\u00ed se st\u00e1le zhor\u0161ovala, musela spole\u010dnost DSG zv\u00e1\u017eit p\u0159ijet\u00ed opat\u0159en\u00ed, kter\u00e1 m\u011bla vliv na jej\u00ed \u017eivotaschopnost. A pr\u00e1v\u011b zde za\u010daly vznikat zku\u0161enosti se zvl\u00e1d\u00e1n\u00edm slo\u017eit\u00e9 situace. S ohledem na to, \u017ee spolupracuj\u00ed s\u00a0v\u00edce firmami, kter\u00fdm poskytuj\u00ed poradenstv\u00ed a \u0161kolen\u00ed, si stanovili \u00fakol, a to pokusit se t\u011bmto spole\u010dnostem pomoci s p\u0159izp\u016fsoben\u00edm t\u011bchto pracovn\u00edk\u016f, aby nedoch\u00e1zelo k propou\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed. Uv\u011bdomili si, \u017ee ka\u017ed\u00fd star\u0161\u00ed pracovn\u00edk m\u00e1 zku\u0161enosti a znalosti, kter\u00e9 mlad\u00fdm pracovn\u00edk\u016fm chyb\u00ed, tak se rozhodli toho vyu\u017e\u00edt a navrhli n\u00e1sleduj\u00edc\u00ed kroky:<\/p>\n<p>Prov\u00e9st SWOT anal\u00fdzu lidsk\u00fdch zdroj\u016f ve firm\u011b, uv\u011bdomit si siln\u00e9 str\u00e1nky star\u0161\u00edch pracovn\u00edk\u016f a zd\u016fraznit jejich d\u016fle\u017eitost p\u0159ed kolegy. Jako mlad\u00fd fotbalista, kter\u00fd se spol\u00e9h\u00e1 na zku\u0161en\u00e9ho hr\u00e1\u010de.
