Zu den Hauptprodukten geh\u00f6ren Diesel-Hochdruck-Einspritzpumpen, Hochdruckspeicher und Druckregelventile. Das Unternehmen besch\u00e4ftigt haupts\u00e4chlich Arbeiter*innen und Fachkr\u00e4fte sowie Mitarbeiter*innen in der technischen Entwicklung.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"_04xlpA direction-ltr align-justify para-style-body\"><span class=\"S1PPyQ\">Im Jahr 2015 beschloss das Unternehmen, seinen Mitarbeiter*innen ein Vorruhestandsprogramm anzubieten, das ihnen die M\u00f6glichkeit bietet, drei Jahre lang vor dem Eintritt in den Ruhestand in Teilzeit (bis hin zur Halbtagsstelle) zu arbeiten. Dabei behalten sie ein Gehalt, das 100 % ihrer Arbeitszeit entspricht, sowie weitere Sozialleistungen wie zwanzig Tage bezahlten Urlaub, einen Beitrag zur Zusatzrente, Zusch\u00fcsse zu Lebensmitteln und Gesundheit sowie monatliche Pr\u00e4mien in voller H\u00f6he.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"_04xlpA direction-ltr align-justify para-style-body\"><span class=\"S1PPyQ\">Das Vorruhestandsprogramm ist eine Ma\u00dfnahme, mit der das Unternehmen auf die demografische Entwicklung seiner Belegschaft reagiert. Sie arbeiten in einer Branche, in der ein starker Wettbewerb herrscht und der Druck, die Produktivit\u00e4t st\u00e4ndig zu verbessern und die Gewinne zu halten oder zu steigern, un\u00fcbersehbar ist. Das Durchschnittsalter der Besch\u00e4ftigten in den Arbeiterberufen liegt bei \u00fcber 44 Jahren, was die oben beschriebene Situation f\u00fcr sie sehr belastend macht. Die Philosophie von BOSCH besteht nicht darin, die Mitarbeiter*innen &#8222;bis zum letzten Tropfen Schwei\u00df&#8220; auszunutzen und sie dann wegen mangelnder Leistung zu entlassen und durch neue Arbeitskr\u00e4fte zu ersetzen. Sie sch\u00e4tzen ihre Mitarbeiter*innen und betrachten sie als Partner*innen. Mitarbeiter*innen, die noch drei Jahre bis zum Renteneintritt haben, m\u00fcssen dem Programm nicht beitreten. Sie k\u00f6nnen weiterhin Vollzeit arbeiten, wenn sie dies w\u00fcnschen. Es gibt jedoch nur sehr wenige von ihnen, hier ist nur einer in Vollzeit verblieben.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"_04xlpA direction-ltr align-justify para-style-body\"><span class=\"S1PPyQ\">Das Bewusstsein f\u00fcr das Vorruhestandsprogramm nimmt zu. Es ist jedoch recht schwierig, es in anderen Unternehmen durchzusetzen, da nicht alle Unternehmen es sich leisten k\u00f6nnen.
