Die Mitarbeiter*innen hassten es anfangs, aber mit der Zeit verstanden sie seine Vorteile und begannen es zu lieben. Bei DPD wird die Personalzufriedenheit regelm\u00e4\u00dfig ausgewertet, und auf dieser Grundlage wird das Pr\u00e4miensystem dann angepasst. Das Unternehmen hat auch &#8222;ma\u00dfgeschneiderte Leistungen&#8220; eingef\u00fchrt, d. h. die M\u00f6glichkeit f\u00fcr die Arbeitnehmer*innen, die Art der Leistungen f\u00fcr das folgende Jahr zu w\u00e4hlen, und auf dieser Grundlage kann man sehen, wie sich die Auswahl der Leistungen je nach den aktuellen Bed\u00fcrfnissen oder dem Alter der Arbeitnehmer*innen \u00e4ndert.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"_04xlpA direction-ltr align-justify para-style-body\"><span class=\"S1PPyQ\">DPD achtet stets darauf, dass jede \u00c4nderung, die sie einf\u00fchren, allen Mitarbeiter*innen ordnungsgem\u00e4\u00df mitgeteilt wird. Sie besuchen alle Depots und sprechen mit jedem Besch\u00e4ftigten pers\u00f6nlich und erkl\u00e4ren ihnen, wie sich die \u00c4nderung auf sie auswirken wird. Jede weitere \u00c4nderung wird mit einer umfassenden Kampagne begleitet, so dass jede*r Angestellte zu den \u00c4nderungen Stellung nehmen kann. Dar\u00fcber hinaus gibt es eine Reihe weiterer Aktivit\u00e4ten, die je nach aktueller Situation und den Interessen der Mitarbeiter*innen abwechselnd durchgef\u00fchrt werden.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"_04xlpA direction-ltr align-justify para-style-body\"><span class=\"S1PPyQ\">Alle zwei Jahre wird eine umfassende Umfrage zur Mitarbeiterzufriedenheit durchgef\u00fchrt, bei der insbesondere die Fragen zum Altersmanagement sehr hoch bewertet werden.
