Bei der Auswahl neuer Arbeitskr\u00e4fte spielt die allgemeine Arbeitseinstellung eine wesentlich wichtigere Rolle als das Alter der Kandidat*innen. Das Unternehmen besteht nicht darauf, nur junge Leute einzustellen, und begr\u00fc\u00dft jedes Alter der neuen Mitarbeiter*innen. Wichtig sind f\u00fcr sie Arbeitsbereitschaft, Ergebnisorientierung und Vorerfahrungen. Wenn ein*e Bewerber*in nachweist, dass er\/ sie mehrere Jahrzehnte lang sehr effizient gearbeitet hat und \u00fcber eine hohe Arbeitsbereitschaft verf\u00fcgt, ist dies f\u00fcr sie ein Indikator daf\u00fcr, dass die Person sich n\u00fctzlich machen und bestimmte Ergebnisse erzielen will. Sie sind sich auch dar\u00fcber im Klaren, dass \u00e4ltere Arbeitnehmer*innen je nach Alter nicht mehr so leistungsf\u00e4hig sind wie in ihrem fr\u00fcheren Leben, sich aber immer noch wertgesch\u00e4tzt f\u00fchlen wollen. Die Bereitschaft, zu lernen, sich zu ver\u00e4ndern und sich an ein bestimmtes Arbeitsumfeld anzupassen, ist f\u00fcr sie ebenfalls ein wesentlicher Faktor. Wenn der\/ die Kandidat*in die oben genannten Voraussetzungen erf\u00fcllt, kann er oder sie sich dem Team anschlie\u00dfen. Das Unternehmen w\u00fcnscht sich ein vielf\u00e4ltiges und altersgemischtes Team; das Alter der Mitarbeiter*innen spielt f\u00fcr sie \u00fcberhaupt keine Rolle. Im Gegenteil, sie stellen lieber Personen ein, die nachweislich gute Leistungen erbringen, hilfsbereit sind und mit Herzblut bei der Sache sind. Mit einem relativ kleinen Team erzielen sie gro\u00dfe Wirkung, sind offen f\u00fcr alle Menschen und versuchen, deren verborgenes Potenzial zu erschlie\u00dfen.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"_04xlpA direction-ltr align-justify para-style-body\"><span class=\"S1PPyQ\">Das Unternehmen sch\u00e4tzte den Ansatz eines bestimmten \u00e4lteren Mitarbeiters, der schon viel erlebt hat und von sich aus den Vorschlag machte, dass er seine Erfahrungen an einen j\u00fcngeren Mitarbeiter weitergeben m\u00f6chte. Nachdem er ihm diese Chance gegeben hatte, bekam der Mitarbeiter mehr Energie, hatte Freude an seiner Arbeit und empfand sie als erf\u00fcllender. Seine Psyche verbesserte sich, die Produktion stieg, und auch die H\u00e4ufigkeit der urspr\u00fcnglichen St\u00f6rungen nahm ab. F\u00fcr solche Mitarbeiter*innen ist es etwas schwieriger, sich anzupassen, und einige der neuen Regeln stellen f\u00fcr sie anfangs eine gr\u00f6\u00dfere Herausforderung dar, aber wenn sie bereit sind, werden sie sich schlie\u00dflich erfolgreich anpassen. In solchen F\u00e4llen ist es sehr wichtig, mit den Betroffenen zu kommunizieren, ihnen die Gr\u00fcnde zu erkl\u00e4ren und zu argumentieren, damit sie die Verfahren verstehen und bereit sind, die spezifischen unterschiedlichen Regeln zu akzeptieren. Die gesamte Anpassung solcher Arbeitnehmer*innen, einschlie\u00dflich der Gespr\u00e4che, dauert dann 1-2 Monate. Sie ist anspruchsvoller und zeitaufw\u00e4ndiger, bringt aber letztlich beiden Seiten Vorteile.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"_04xlpA direction-ltr align-justify para-style-body\"><span class=\"S1PPyQ\">Sie empfehlen, dass bei der Einstellung \u00e4lterer Mitarbeiter*innen, aber auch bei den bereits vorhandenen, spezifische Richtlinien und detaillierte Anweisungen in Bezug auf die konkrete T\u00e4tigkeit f\u00fcr die Besch\u00e4ftigten eingef\u00fchrt und aktualisiert werden m\u00fcssen, mit einer konsequenteren und detaillierteren Beschreibung der Gr\u00fcnde, warum bestimmte Schritte auf eine bestimmte Weise durchgef\u00fchrt werden. Dies kann sp\u00e4tere Fragen und Erkl\u00e4rungen reduzieren. Sie schlagen den Arbeitgeber*innen auch vor, mehr Verst\u00e4ndnis f\u00fcr ihre neuen leitenden Angestellten aufzubringen und die Bewerber*innen vorher mit Hilfe von spezifischen Tests und Frageb\u00f6gen zu testen. Auf der anderen Seite ist es notwendig, die Schw\u00e4chen vorzubehandeln, damit sie sich im Arbeitsprozess so wenig wie m\u00f6glich manifestieren.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"_04xlpA direction-ltr align-justify para-style-body\"><span class=\"S1PPyQ\">Sie raten auch dazu, nicht davon auszugehen, dass \u00e4ltere Besch\u00e4ftigte alles wissen, sondern herauszufinden, was sie noch nicht beherrschen. Es ist daher ratsam, die Weiterbildung und Qualifizierung kontinuierlich zu unterst\u00fctzen. Wird dies fr\u00fchzeitig erkannt, gibt es m\u00f6glicherweise keine zeitlichen Verz\u00f6gerungen, und die Mitarbeiter*innen und auch das Unternehmen k\u00f6nnen schneller
