Das Unternehmen hat zwei weitere Produktionsst\u00e4tten in der Tschechischen Republik, in Kvasiny und Vrchlab\u00ed. Seit 1991 ist das Unternehmen Teil des deutschen Volkswagen-Konzerns. Die Diskriminierung \u00e4lterer Menschen hat erhebliche Auswirkungen auf die Psyche. Sie f\u00fchlen sich nutzlos, unausgelastet und unmotiviert, T\u00e4tigkeiten zu verrichten, die sie in ihrem Alter problemlos ausf\u00fchren k\u00f6nnten. Das Wichtigste ist jedoch eine offene Einstellung der \u00e4lteren Menschen selbst zu Arbeit, Bildung und neuen Technologien. \u00c4ltere Arbeitnehmer*innen sollten ihre Arbeit nicht als ihre letzte Chance vor dem Ruhestand betrachten, sondern versuchen, sich \u00fcber ihre M\u00f6glichkeiten zu informieren, um unn\u00f6tige k\u00f6rperliche Belastungen und eine negative Einstellung gegen\u00fcber dem Unternehmen zu vermeiden. Die Einstellung zum Alter muss sich bei Jung und Alt gleicherma\u00dfen \u00e4ndern, da das Rentenalter immer weiter ansteigt.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><style type=\"text\/css\">.fusion-body
