Schon damals wurde die sogenannte &#8222;umgekehrte Alterspyramide&#8220; auf dem Arbeitsmarkt und der damit verbundene Mangel an jungen Arbeitnehmer*innen und Bewerber*innen vorhergesagt. Das Konzept der Akademie 50+ passt zur Mission von ANTAL, die darin besteht, Menschen anhand ihrer Kompetenzen und nicht anhand von Bezeichnungen (wie Alter, Geschlecht oder Herkunft) kennen zu lernen.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"_04xlpA direction-ltr align-justify para-style-body\"><span class=\"S1PPyQ\">Das Entwicklungsprojekt der Akademie 50+ begann im Juni 2021. Das Projekt richtete sich an Menschen im Alter von 50+, die mindestens \u00fcber mittlere Englischkenntnisse verf\u00fcgten und in der Lage waren, sich relativ effizient in sozialen Medien zu orientieren und mit einem Computer zu arbeiten.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"_04xlpA direction-ltr align-justify para-style-body\"><span class=\"S1PPyQ\">Es gab etwa 50-60 Bewerbungen f\u00fcr das Projekt. Daraus wurden zehn Personen ausgew\u00e4hlt. Letztendlich wurden f\u00fcnf f\u00fcr das Projekt qualifiziert. Die erste Phase des Projekts bestand aus einer Reihe von Schulungen. Nach der Schulung begannen die Teilnehmer*innen mit ihrer ersten Woche eigenst\u00e4ndiger Arbeit.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"_04xlpA direction-ltr align-justify para-style-body\"><span class=\"S1PPyQ\">Die n\u00e4chste Phase war die individuelle Arbeit der Teilnehmer*innen f\u00fcr Personalvermittler*innen ab 50 Jahren mit Mentor*innen. In dieser Phase rekrutierten die Projektteilnehmer*innen Personen im Alter von 50+ f\u00fcr bestimmte Positionen. Die von ihnen f\u00fcr eine Besch\u00e4ftigung empfohlenen Personen wurden von den Mentor*innen \u00fcberpr\u00fcft. Die Projektteilnehmer*innen erhielten eine Verg\u00fctung f\u00fcr jeden vom Mentor*in f\u00fcr den Rekrutierungsprozess ausgew\u00e4hlte*n Kandidat*in. Die Mentor*innen werden die Teilnehmer*innen so lange wie n\u00f6tig unterst\u00fctzen und begleiten. Es h\u00e4ngt von ihrem Engagement und ihrer Entscheidung ab, ob sie eine Karriere bei ANTAL einschlagen wollen. Man sollte sich auch gegenseitig erlauben, Fehler zu machen, und sich Zeit lassen, um die Ergebnisse zu sehen. \u00c4ltere Mitarbeiter*innen w\u00fcrden den Effekt gerne sehr schnell erreichen, aber es gibt so viele Elemente, die gelernt werden m\u00fcssen, dass es viel Zeit braucht, bis sie mit der Arbeit als Personalvermittler*in beginnen k\u00f6nnen. Das von ANTAL durchgef\u00fchrte Projekt kann ein hervorragendes Beispiel f\u00fcr Aktivit\u00e4ten sein, die sowohl der Organisation (Besch\u00e4ftigung erfahrener Arbeitskr\u00e4fte oder Aufbau einer dauerhaften Zusammenarbeit mit ihnen), den \u00e4lteren Arbeitnehmer*innen (\u00dcberwindung von Barrieren, Aufnahme einer Erwerbst\u00e4tigkeit) als auch dem gesamten Arbeitsmarkt (Bek\u00e4mpfung der Arbeitslosigkeit unter \u00e4lteren Menschen) Vorteile bringen sollen. Die auf diese Weise konzipierten Aktivit\u00e4ten k\u00f6nnen in Unternehmen unabh\u00e4ngig von der Branche, in der sie t\u00e4tig sind, durchgef\u00fchrt werden. Ein Projekt, das auf solchen Annahmen beruht, kann auch in der \u00f6ffentlichen Verwaltung oder in gemeinn\u00fctzigen Organisationen durchgef\u00fchrt werden.
