Teil dieser Strategie ist das Programm &#8222;Women UP&#8220;. Im Rahmen dieses Programms haben Frauen Ideen f\u00fcr Projekte eingereicht, die von der Bank umgesetzt werden sollen. Eines dieser Projekte ist &#8222;AGE in size XL&#8220;. wurde von Februar bis November 2021 durchgef\u00fchrt. Infolge interner Absprachen wurde das Projekt in &#8222;Agaves Alter&#8220; umbenannt, um abf\u00e4llige Assoziationen mit dem Alter \u00e4lterer Arbeitskr\u00e4fte zu vermeiden.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"_04xlpA direction-ltr align-justify para-style-body\"><span class=\"S1PPyQ\">Annahmen des Projekts:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span class=\"S1PPyQ\">die untere Altersgrenze wird auf 50 Jahre festgelegt;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"S1PPyQ\">Am Anfang stehen Aufkl\u00e4rung und eine Diagnose der Regelm\u00e4\u00dfigkeiten, Trends und Einstellungen gegen\u00fcber Menschen im Alter von 50+;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"S1PPyQ\">Es sollten Ma\u00dfnahmen ergriffen werden, um Menschen im Alter von 50+ zu unterst\u00fctzen, damit sie ohne Diskriminierung behandelt werden, um eine bessere Kommunikation zwischen Mitarbeiter*innen unterschiedlichen Alters zu erreichen und, um ein generationen\u00fcbergreifendes Management zu unterst\u00fctzen;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"S1PPyQ\">Es ging darum, dem Kampf der Generationen, Stereotypen und Altersdiskriminierung entgegenzuwirken. Ziel des Projekts war es auch, die Kommunikation zwischen den Generationen zu verbessern und das Potenzial \u00e4lterer Menschen aufzuzeigen.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"_04xlpA direction-ltr align-justify para-style-body\"><span class=\"S1PPyQ\">Nutzen:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span class=\"S1PPyQ\">St\u00e4rkere Einbindung von Arbeitnehmer*innen 50+ in die Arbeit;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"S1PPyQ\">Aufbau einer D&amp;I-Kultur (Diversity and Inclusion);<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"S1PPyQ\">Entwicklung strategischer Kompetenzen von Menschen im Alter der Agave;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"S1PPyQ\">besseres Selbstwertgef\u00fchl der \u00e4lteren Arbeitnehmer*innen;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"S1PPyQ\">bessere Zusammenarbeit von Menschen unterschiedlichen Alters innerhalb der Organisation;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"S1PPyQ\">berufliche Aktivierung in verschiedenen inhaltlichen Bereichen.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"_04xlpA direction-ltr align-justify para-style-body\"><span class=\"S1PPyQ\">Im Rahmen des Projekts wurden die folgenden Aktivit\u00e4ten durchgef\u00fchrt:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span class=\"S1PPyQ\">Zukunftskompetenztest f\u00fcr Menschen im Alter der Agave. Die Teilnehmer*innen erhielten ein individuelles Feedback dar\u00fcber, wie sie in Zeiten von VUCA (Volatilit\u00e4t, Unsicherheit, Komplexit\u00e4t und Mehrdeutigkeit) leben k\u00f6nnen, wie sie sich anpassen und flexibel sein k\u00f6nnen;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"S1PPyQ\">Eine internationale Debatte wurde in Form eines Webinars mit dem Titel &#8222;The Power of Agave Age Maturity&#8220; organisiert;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"S1PPyQ\">Projekt gewidmete Website;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"S1PPyQ\">Im Rahmen des j\u00e4hrlichen Festivals zu D&amp;I wurde ein weiteres Webinar mit dem Titel &#8222;Alter am Arbeitsplatz &#8211; wo liegt das Problem? Die beschriebene Fallstudie ist ein hervorragendes Beispiel f\u00fcr ein Projekt, das vielen Unternehmen, die die Empfehlungen zum Altersmanagement umsetzen, Vorteile bringen
