Mit dem Alter verlieren die Mitarbeiter*innen in der Regel auch an k\u00f6rperlicher und geistiger Kraft und haben mehr Schwierigkeiten, mit Stresssituationen umzugehen, weshalb sie mehrere Workshops zum Thema Bewusstsein und St\u00e4rkung der Verantwortung f\u00fcr die eigene Gesundheit durchgef\u00fchrt haben. Sie beteiligten sich an mehreren Projekten, die sie bei der Umsetzung von Aktivit\u00e4ten f\u00fcr \u00e4ltere Menschen unterst\u00fctzten, wie z. B. ASI, ASI Piloti (zur Erhaltung des Engagements, der Produktivit\u00e4t und der Leistungsf\u00e4higkeit \u00e4lterer Arbeitnehmer*innen, zur F\u00f6rderung eines l\u00e4ngeren Arbeitslebens), Naprej und Polet (ein innovatives integriertes Gesch\u00e4ftsmodell f\u00fcr aktives und gesundes Altern wurde entwickelt). Es ist nicht \u00fcberfl\u00fcssig zu betonen, dass es sich hierbei nicht nur um ein einmaliges und zeitlich begrenztes Projekt handelt, sondern um langfristige Aktivit\u00e4ten, die auch nach mehreren Jahren noch nicht abgeschlossen sind. Mehr noch: Wenn sie darin eine Chance zum Dialog, zur Bereicherung der Organisationskultur sehen, werden sie durch das Erreichen gemeinsamer Ziele eine erf\u00fcllende Zusammenarbeit und einen wichtigen Wettbewerbsvorteil f\u00fcr das Unternehmen schaffen.
