Diese Erkenntnis, bei gleichzeitiger Ber\u00fccksichtigung der demografischen Situation in Slowenien, veranlasste sie zum schnellen Handeln. Ihr Ziel war es, eine ausreichende Anzahl fachlich geschulter und kompetenter Mitarbeiter*innen sicherzustellen, Arbeitsprozesse zu digitalisieren und zu optimieren, die digitalen Kompetenzen der Mitarbeiter*innen zu erh\u00f6hen, den Ruf der Arbeitgebermarke zu verbessern und die Organisationskultur so zu ver\u00e4ndern, dass sie auch der Altersvielfalt f\u00f6rderlich ist. Sie begannen damit, \u00e4ltere Besch\u00e4ftigte auf Ver\u00e4nderungen vorzubereiten und sie zu lebenslangem Lernen zu ermutigen, um eine kognitive Fr\u00fchverrentung zu verhindern und die Arbeitsmotivation zu steigern. Heute bleiben \u00e4ltere Arbeitnehmer*innen auch aufgrund der ge\u00e4nderten Rentengesetzgebung l\u00e4nger aktiv am Arbeitsprozess beteiligt. Als Arbeitgeber f\u00f6rdert Triglav die Arbeit in altersgemischten Arbeitsgruppen und schafft so ein geeignetes Umfeld f\u00fcr die Entwicklung gegenseitigen Mentorings und verhindert, dass beim Ausstieg \u00e4ltere Mitarbeiter*innen ihr in vielen Berufsjahren erworbenes Organisationswissen verloren geht.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"_04xlpA direction-ltr align-justify para-style-body\"><span class=\"S1PPyQ\">Sie begannen die Arbeit auf Projektbasis. Zu Beginn wurde viel Zeit darauf verwendet, die Mitarbeiter*innen zu informieren, sie zur Akzeptanz von Ver\u00e4nderungen und lebenslangem Lernen zu ermutigen und sich um die Erhaltung ihrer psychophysischen Verfassung zu k\u00fcmmern. In der Folgezeit wurde in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Institut von Dr. Anton Trstenjak ein Bildungsprogramm f\u00fcr \u00e4ltere Besch\u00e4ftigte und F\u00fchrungskr\u00e4fte entwickelt und umgesetzt. Die F\u00fchrungskr\u00e4fte wurden ermutigt, \u00e4ltere Mitarbeiter*innen aktiv einzubeziehen, \u00c4nderungen in der Arbeitsorganisation vorzunehmen und altersgemischte Arbeitsgruppen zu bilden. Die ersten Ergebnisse sind erst nach mehreren Jahren erkennbar. Anfangs stie\u00dfen sie sowohl bei den \u00e4lteren Mitarbeitern*innen als auch bei den F\u00fchrungskr\u00e4ften auf Zur\u00fcckhaltung. Ihre \u00e4lteren Angestellten versuchten, obwohl sie sich der Ver\u00e4nderungen bewusst waren, noch zu oft, fr\u00fch zu gehen, und ihr Interesse am Lernen und Weiterarbeiten wuchs nur langsam. Auch die F\u00fchrungskr\u00e4fte brauchten Unterst\u00fctzung und st\u00e4ndige Ermutigung, um die \u00c4lteren einzubeziehen, neue Arbeitsmethoden einzuf\u00fchren und das Arbeitsumfeld und die Arbeitsabl\u00e4ufe anzupassen.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"_04xlpA direction-ltr align-justify para-style-body\"><span class=\"S1PPyQ\">Daher ist eine konsequente und umfassende Kommunikation mit Senior*innen und F\u00fchrungskr\u00e4ften \u00e4u\u00dferst wichtig. Da die Fortschritte in den ersten Phasen des Projekts minimal sind, besteht die Gefahr, dass die Motivation, die Arbeit fortzusetzen, selbst in einem professionellen Team nachl\u00e4sst.
