August 2010 gegr\u00fcndet wurde und sich der ganzheitlichen Hilfe und Unterst\u00fctzung von Menschen durch soziale Intervention und Arbeitsintegration widmet. Ihr Hauptzweck ist die Durchf\u00fchrung aller Arten von Aktivit\u00e4ten im Zusammenhang mit der allgemeinen und beruflichen Bildung sowie von erg\u00e4nzenden oder begleitenden Ma\u00dfnahmen f\u00fcr die vollst\u00e4ndige Entwicklung von Besch\u00e4ftigung und Ausbildung.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"_04xlpA direction-ltr align-justify para-style-body\"><span class=\"S1PPyQ\">Anhand dieses Best-Practice-Beispiels werden sie sehen, wie der am Arbeitsplatz so notwendige Teamgeist, der nicht vom Alter abh\u00e4ngt, gef\u00f6rdert werden kann. Die Asociaci\u00f3n de Estudios Almerienses (AEA) hat sich zum Ziel gesetzt, ein anerkannter Tr\u00e4ger f\u00fcr Professionalit\u00e4t und Werte zu sein. Ihr Verband soll ein Vorbild f\u00fcr andere sein und positive Synergien bei der Schaffung von hochwertigen Arbeitspl\u00e4tzen f\u00fcr benachteiligte Menschen schaffen. Aus diesem Grund werden ihre Praktiken innerhalb der Vereinigung von den Arbeitnehmer*innen als sehr motivierend und sogar auf andere Unternehmen \u00fcbertragbar empfunden. Und in diesem Sinne f\u00fchlen sie sich der Requalifizierung \u00e4lterer Menschen verpflichtet.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"_04xlpA direction-ltr align-justify para-style-body\"><span class=\"S1PPyQ\">Die Hauptlinien ihrer Mission bestehen darin, ein Raum f\u00fcr Initiativen und die Erarbeitung von Vorschl\u00e4gen zur sozialen und beruflichen Eingliederung zu sein, deren Priorit\u00e4t darin besteht, die soziale und berufliche Eingliederung von Menschen durch Ausbildung zu verwirklichen. Sie wollen eine Referenz f\u00fcr die Schaffung von sozialem Wert sein, indem sie qualitativ hochwertige Dienstleistungen f\u00fcr die ganzheitliche Entwicklung von Menschen in Situationen der Ausgrenzung durch den Erwerb und die Verbesserung ihrer pers\u00f6nlichen Autonomie und der f\u00fcr ihre vollst\u00e4ndige Integration erforderlichen sozial-beruflichen F\u00e4higkeiten anbieten.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"_04xlpA direction-ltr align-justify para-style-body\"><span class=\"S1PPyQ\">In ihrem Fall war der Erfolg kein geringerer als die Durchf\u00fchrung von Aktivit\u00e4ten, die das Zusammenleben innerhalb des Unternehmens f\u00f6rdern. Gemeinsame Sportarten wie Paddle-Tennis oder Fu\u00dfball haben es ihnen erm\u00f6glicht, die Beziehungen zu st\u00e4rken, und die j\u00fcngeren Mitarbeiter*innen konnten Beziehungen und Synergien mit den \u00e4lteren aufbauen, um ihnen zu helfen und sie auf eine fast &#8222;unverbindliche&#8220; Weise unter Freunden zu schulen. Ihr Verband engagiert sich sehr f\u00fcr den Sport und ist sich bewusst, dass Ma\u00dfnahmen, die das Zusammenleben innerhalb des Unternehmens f\u00f6rdern, dazu beitragen, dass sich die Besch\u00e4ftigten wohler f\u00fchlen und mehr Lust haben, sich im Unternehmen weiterzuentwickeln.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"_04xlpA direction-ltr align-justify para-style-body\"><span class=\"S1PPyQ\">Um sicherzustellen, dass das Team mit seiner Arbeit zufrieden ist und eine Motivation hat, die \u00fcber das Materielle hinausgeht, verfolgt der Verband eine Reihe von Leitlinien, zu denen auch der Sport im Unternehmen geh\u00f6rt.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"_04xlpA direction-ltr align-justify para-style-body\"><span class=\"S1PPyQ\">So werden Teampausen und Mannschaftssportarten organisiert, bei denen die Angestellten von der Arbeit abschalten und sich miteinander verbinden k\u00f6nnen. Es geht darum, Zeit mit dem Team zu verbringen, um sich besser kennenzulernen und so Synergien und Unterst\u00fctzung zwischen den Kolleg*innen zu f\u00f6rdern.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"_04xlpA direction-ltr align-justify para-style-body\"><span class=\"S1PPyQ\">In ihrem Fall war die Umsetzung einfach, und als sie es auf andere Unternehmen \u00fcbertrugen, glaubten die Personalleiter*innen im Allgemeinen daran.
