A la hora de seleccionar a sus nuevos empleados, influye la actitud general de la persona que selecciona a los nuevos empleados y la ausencia de prejuicios de edad. No insisten en contratar s\u00f3lo a j\u00f3venes y aceptan a empleados de cualquier edad. Para ellos son importantes la voluntad de trabajar, la orientaci\u00f3n a los resultados y la experiencia previa. Si un empleado demuestra que ha trabajado muy eficazmente durante varias d\u00e9cadas y tiene ganas de trabajar, para ellos es un indicador de que esa persona querr\u00e1 ser \u00fatil y conseguir determinados resultados. Tambi\u00e9n son conscientes de que, en funci\u00f3n de su edad, los empleados veteranos no ser\u00e1n tan eficientes como en su vida anterior, pero seguir\u00e1n queriendo sentirse v\u00e1lidos. La voluntad de aprender, cambiar y adaptarse a un determinado entorno de trabajo tambi\u00e9n es una medida esencial para ellos. Si el empleado cumple lo anterior, podr\u00e1 incorporarse al equipo. La empresa desea un equipo variado y con diversidad de edades; la edad del empleado no les importa en absoluto. Al contrario, prefieren contratar a empleados que tengan un historial probado de buena producci\u00f3n, sean serviciales y pongan todo su coraz\u00f3n en su trabajo. Con un equipo relativamente peque\u00f1o, consiguen grandes efectos, est\u00e1n abiertos a todas las personas e intentan recuperar su potencial oculto.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"_04xlpA direction-ltr align-justify para-style-body\"><span class=\"WdYUQQ text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">La empresa apreci\u00f3 el enfoque de un empleado veterano que ya ha pasado por muchas cosas y sugiri\u00f3 que le gustar\u00eda transmitir su experiencia a un empleado m\u00e1s joven. Despu\u00e9s de darle esta oportunidad, el empleado se llen\u00f3 de energ\u00eda, disfrut\u00f3 de su trabajo y lo encontr\u00f3 m\u00e1s satisfactorio. Su psique mejor\u00f3, la producci\u00f3n aument\u00f3 y tambi\u00e9n disminuy\u00f3 la frecuencia de la dramatizaci\u00f3n original. Sin embargo, los obst\u00e1culos pueden ser, por ejemplo, los propios h\u00e1bitos y estilo de trabajo del empleado y las nuevas exigencias a las que no est\u00e1 acostumbrado debido a a\u00f1os de trabajo anterior en otro lugar. A este tipo de empleados les cuesta un poco m\u00e1s adaptarse y algunas de las nuevas normas les resultan m\u00e1s dif\u00edciles al principio, pero si el empleado est\u00e1 dispuesto, acabar\u00e1 adapt\u00e1ndose con \u00e9xito. En estos casos, es muy importante la comunicaci\u00f3n con el individuo, explic\u00e1ndole las razones y argumentando para que entienda los procedimientos y est\u00e9 dispuesto a aceptar las diferentes normas espec\u00edficas. La adaptaci\u00f3n global de un empleado as\u00ed, incluidas las discusiones, dura de 1 a 2 meses. Es m\u00e1s exigente y lleva m\u00e1s tiempo, pero al final aporta beneficios a ambas partes.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"_04xlpA direction-ltr align-justify para-style-body\"><span class=\"WdYUQQ text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">Recomiendan que, en el caso de la contrataci\u00f3n de empleados mayores, pero tambi\u00e9n con los ya existentes, se introduzcan y actualicen directrices espec\u00edficas e instrucciones detalladas relacionadas con el trabajo concreto para los empleados, con una descripci\u00f3n m\u00e1s coherente y detallada de las razones por las que se procede de determinada manera. Esto puede aliviar preguntas y explicaciones posteriores. Tambi\u00e9n sugieren a los empresarios que conozcan mejor a sus nuevos trabajadores veteranos y que realicen las pruebas previas de los candidatos a un puesto de trabajo con ayuda de tests y cuestionarios espec\u00edficos. Cuanto mejor se conozca al empleado, m\u00e1s f\u00e1cil ser\u00e1 integrarlo en el proceso de trabajo, utilizar sus puntos fuertes y aprovechar todo su potencial. Por otra parte, es necesario tratar previamente las debilidades de los empleados para que se manifiesten lo menos posible en el proceso de trabajo.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"_04xlpA direction-ltr align-justify para-style-body\"><span class=\"WdYUQQ text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">Tambi\u00e9n sugieren no dar por sentado que el empleado mayor lo sabe todo, sino averiguar en qu\u00e9 no es plenamente competente. Por eso es aconsejable apoyar continuamente su formaci\u00f3n y cualificaci\u00f3n.
