En 1971 era la segunda mayor f\u00e1brica de cables de la antigua RDA, con 1.500 trabajadores. En 1992, la planta se fusion\u00f3 con Siemens AG. Despu\u00e9s se realizaron inversiones por valor de 170 millones de DM para mejorar la infraestructura y la log\u00edstica. A esto siguieron algunos cambios en la estructura de la empresa y deslocalizaciones de la producci\u00f3n en los a\u00f1os siguientes. Desde 2011, la empresa pertenece al Grupo Prysmian, l\u00edder mundial del mercado de la industria del cable. L., de 37 a\u00f1os, que se form\u00f3 en la empresa como mec\u00e1nico industrial de m\u00e1quinas y tecnolog\u00eda de sistemas. Despu\u00e9s trabaj\u00f3 en producci\u00f3n durante muchos a\u00f1os y conoce la empresa como la palma de su mano. Despu\u00e9s de que algunos compa\u00f1eros recibieran formaci\u00f3n de una consultor\u00eda para la digitalizaci\u00f3n (MV-Works), Thomas L. vio la oportunidad de hacer realidad una \u00abidea sencilla\u00bb, almacenar los conocimientos de los trabajadores de m\u00e1s edad a trav\u00e9s de v\u00eddeo, que le rondaba por la cabeza desde hac\u00eda tiempo. Los valiosos conocimientos y experiencia de los compa\u00f1eros m\u00e1s veteranos se transmiten ahora a los menos experimentados a trav\u00e9s de breves v\u00eddeos explicativos. En los v\u00eddeos se explican visualmente, de forma breve y concisa, los pasos de trabajo individuales de un proceso de montaje, que tambi\u00e9n contienen informaci\u00f3n sobre seguridad laboral, y se complementan con explicaciones sencillas.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"_04xlpA direction-ltr align-justify para-style-body\"><span class=\"WdYUQQ text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">Actualmente, la empresa emplea a unos 225 trabajadores de producci\u00f3n con una edad media de 52 a\u00f1os. Muchos de los empleados de producci\u00f3n llevan en la empresa entre 30 y 40 a\u00f1os, completaron all\u00ed su formaci\u00f3n a una edad temprana y ya son veteranos. Muchos de ellos se est\u00e1n jubilando gradualmente.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"_04xlpA direction-ltr align-justify para-style-body\"><span class=\"WdYUQQ text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">El principal objetivo de la empresa es seguir consolidando la planta de Schwerin como uno de los principales centros de producci\u00f3n del Grupo Prysmian, as\u00ed como la eficacia y la rentabilidad. El principal trabajo de los mayores es la producci\u00f3n, que suele ser un trabajo f\u00edsicamente duro en condiciones clim\u00e1ticas adversas. En el emplazamiento hay varias naves de producci\u00f3n y mantenimiento donde las m\u00e1quinas trabajan las 24 horas del d\u00eda, y los trabajadores en un sistema de 4 turnos.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"_04xlpA direction-ltr align-justify para-style-body\"><span class=\"WdYUQQ text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">La principal raz\u00f3n del \u00e9xito de la adaptaci\u00f3n es que, ya como joven empleado, \u00e9l mismo tuvo la experiencia de que a menudo se sent\u00eda molesto cuando los compa\u00f1eros mayores estaban de vacaciones o enfermos, ten\u00eda que reconstruir algo en una m\u00e1quina, pero nadie estaba all\u00ed para explic\u00e1rselo adecuadamente. La empresa sufri\u00f3 grandes p\u00e9rdidas econ\u00f3micas y se produjeron incidentes similares en varias ocasiones. Adem\u00e1s de por razones de edad, cada vez hay m\u00e1s inmigrantes en la empresa. Los v\u00eddeos explicativos pueden ayudar a superar las barreras ling\u00fc\u00edsticas.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"_04xlpA direction-ltr align-justify para-style-body\"><span class=\"WdYUQQ text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">Para Thomas L. es importante no limitarse a imponer algo nuevo a sus compa\u00f1eros, sobre todo a los de m\u00e1s edad. Quiere llevarlos con \u00e9l. Hace falta paciencia y buena comunicaci\u00f3n. Para el proyecto del v\u00eddeo, consigui\u00f3 convencer a todos sus colegas de m\u00e1s edad para que participaran. Por supuesto, al principio no era normal que nos filmaran en el trabajo, pero nadie puso objeciones ni se neg\u00f3 a participar. Hubo un apoyo sin reservas por parte de la direcci\u00f3n y, por supuesto, tambi\u00e9n vieron los beneficios. El equipo se adquiri\u00f3 sin dudarlo. Otro colega se encarga de la asistencia t\u00e9cnica. Despu\u00e9s de grabar, hay que editar los v\u00eddeos, cortarlos y retocar el sonido, ya que el ruido de las m\u00e1quinas en las salas es muy alto.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"_04xlpA direction-ltr align-justify para-style-body\"><span class=\"WdYUQQ text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">La aplicaci\u00f3n de esta Buena Pr\u00e1ctica comenz\u00f3 en abril de 2022 y, despu\u00e9s de varios meses, a\u00fan no se han completado los v\u00eddeos de todas las m\u00e1quinas y procesos de puesta a punto. Lleva alg\u00fan tiempo, pero se est\u00e1 avanzando. El objetivo es implementar digitalmente los v\u00eddeos explicativos en la descripci\u00f3n de los servicios\/en la orden de producci\u00f3n, en los papeles mediante c\u00f3digo QR. Tambi\u00e9n se va a incorporar una lista de comprobaci\u00f3n que cada trabajador deber\u00e1 repasar.
