Ya entonces se predijo la llamada \u00abpir\u00e1mide de edad invertida\u00bb en el mercado laboral y la consiguiente escasez de trabajadores j\u00f3venes y candidatos a un puesto de trabajo. El concepto de la Academia 50+ encaja con la misi\u00f3n de ANTAL, que consiste en conocer a las personas por sus competencias y no por etiquetas (como la edad, el sexo o la raza).<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"_04xlpA direction-ltr align-justify para-style-body\"><span class=\"WdYUQQ text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">El proyecto de desarrollo de la Academia 50+ comenz\u00f3 en junio de 2021. El proyecto estaba abierto a personas mayores de 50 a\u00f1os que conocieran al menos un nivel intermedio de ingl\u00e9s y fueran capaces de navegar con relativa eficacia en las redes sociales y trabajar con un ordenador.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"_04xlpA direction-ltr align-justify para-style-body\"><span class=\"WdYUQQ text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">Se presentaron unas 50-60 candidaturas al proyecto. D\u00e9 ellas, se seleccionaron 10 personas. Finalmente, se seleccion\u00f3 a 5 personas para el proyecto. La primera fase del proyecto consisti\u00f3 en una serie de sesiones de formaci\u00f3n. Tras la formaci\u00f3n, los candidatos\/participantes empezaron su primera semana de trabajo independiente.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"_04xlpA direction-ltr align-justify para-style-body\"><span class=\"WdYUQQ text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">La siguiente etapa fue el trabajo individual de los participantes para reclutadores mayores de 50 a\u00f1os con mentores. En esta fase, los participantes en el proyecto mayores de 50 a\u00f1os reclutaron a personas para trabajar en puestos espec\u00edficos. Las personas recomendadas por ellos para el empleo fueron verificadas por los mentores. Los participantes en el proyecto mayores de 50 a\u00f1os reciben una remuneraci\u00f3n por cada candidato seleccionado por el Mentor para el proceso de contrataci\u00f3n. Los Mentores apoyar\u00e1n y acompa\u00f1ar\u00e1n a los participantes durante el tiempo que sea necesario. Depende del compromiso de los participantes y de su decisi\u00f3n sobre si quieren hacer carrera en ANTAL. Tambi\u00e9n deben permitirse cometer errores y darse tiempo para ver los resultados. A los empleados m\u00e1s veteranos les gustar\u00eda conseguir el efecto muy r\u00e1pidamente, pero son tantos los elementos que hay que aprender que se necesita mucho tiempo para que empiecen a trabajar como reclutadores. El proyecto puesto en marcha por ANTAL puede ser un excelente ejemplo de actividades que han de reportar beneficios tanto a la organizaci\u00f3n (contrataci\u00f3n de empleados experimentados o establecimiento de una cooperaci\u00f3n permanente con ellos), como a los empleados de m\u00e1s edad (superaci\u00f3n de barreras, incorporaci\u00f3n a un empleo remunerado) y a todo el mercado laboral (contrarrestar el desempleo entre los mayores). Las actividades as\u00ed concebidas pueden ponerse en pr\u00e1ctica en las empresas, independientemente del sector en el que operen. Un proyecto basado en estas premisas tambi\u00e9n puede aplicarse en la administraci\u00f3n p\u00fablica o en organizaciones sin \u00e1nimo de lucro.
