Parte de esta estrategia es el programa \u00abWomen UP\u00bb. En el marco de este programa, las mujeres presentaron ideas de proyectos para su ejecuci\u00f3n por el Banco. Uno de los proyectos es \u00abAGE in size XL\u00bb. Como resultado de acuerdos internos, el proyecto pas\u00f3 a llamarse \u00abEdad de Agave\u00bb para evitar asociaciones peyorativas con la edad de los trabajadores mayores.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"_04xlpA direction-ltr align-justify para-style-body\"><span class=\"WdYUQQ text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">Supuestos del proyecto:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span class=\"WdYUQQ text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">el l\u00edmite inferior de edad se fija en 50 a\u00f1os<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"WdYUQQ text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">hay que empezar por la educaci\u00f3n y un diagn\u00f3stico de cu\u00e1les son las regularidades, tendencias y actitudes hacia las personas mayores de 50 a\u00f1os<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"WdYUQQ text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">hay que emprender actividades de apoyo a las personas mayores de 50 a\u00f1os para que sean tratadas sin discriminaci\u00f3n, lograr una mejor comunicaci\u00f3n entre los empleados de distintas edades y apoyar la gesti\u00f3n intergeneracional.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"WdYUQQ text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">Se trataba de contrarrestar la guerra de generaciones, los estereotipos y el edadismo. El objetivo del proyecto era tambi\u00e9n mejorar la comunicaci\u00f3n intergeneracional y mostrar el potencial de las personas mayores. Beneficios:<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"WdYUQQ text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">mayor implicaci\u00f3n en el trabajo de los empleados mayores de 50 a\u00f1os y de las personas que se acercan a esta edad,<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"WdYUQQ text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">creaci\u00f3n de una cultura de D&amp;I, desarrollo de las competencias estrat\u00e9gicas de las personas de edad.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"WdYUQQ text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">mejor autoestima de los trabajadores mayores,<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"WdYUQQ text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">mejor cooperaci\u00f3n de personas de diferentes edades dentro de la organizaci\u00f3n,<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"WdYUQQ text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">activaci\u00f3n profesional en diversas \u00e1reas sustantivas.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"_04xlpA direction-ltr align-justify para-style-body\"><span class=\"WdYUQQ text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">Como parte del proyecto, se llevaron a cabo las siguientes actividades:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span class=\"WdYUQQ text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">Test de competencias futuras para personas de edad Agave. El estudio de caso descrito es un excelente ejemplo de un proyecto que puede reportar beneficios a muchas empresas que pongan en pr\u00e1ctica las recomendaciones relacionadas con la gesti\u00f3n de
