Raport ten ukazuje sytuacj\u0119 w 5 krajach partnerskich dotycz\u0105cych obszaru zarz\u0105dzania wiekiem w ma\u0142ych i \u015brednich przedsi\u0119biorstwach. Jak pokazuje analiza danych we wszystkich krajach partnerskich, zarz\u0105dzanie wiekiem jest bardzo wa\u017cnym tematem. Decydenci s\u0105 coraz bardziej \u015bwiadomi, \u017ce dobra polityka w tym zakresie mo\u017ce by\u0107 bardzo korzystna dla rozwoju organizacji. Ro\u015bnie r\u00f3wnie\u017c \u015bwiadomo\u015b\u0107 potrzeby przemy\u015blanego i kompleksowego zarz\u0105dzania wiekiem w M\u015aP.<\/p>\n<p>Liczba senior\u00f3w ro\u015bnie z roku na rok, nasze spo\u0142ecze\u0144stwo si\u0119 starzeje i dlatego wa\u017cne jest, aby w ka\u017cdej organizacji, a nie tylko w niekt\u00f3rych, stosowa\u0107 przemy\u015blane metody zarz\u0105dzania wiekiem.
