Na \u010ce\u0161kem je podjetje sestavljeno iz 21 zaposlenih. Njegov namen je podpreti podjetja z dragocenimi izdelki ali storitvami na podro\u010dju team buildinga. Podjetje organizira redna predavanja, seminarje in delavnice za posredovanje celovitega znanja in u\u010dinkovitih spletnih orodij, ki omogo\u010dajo uspe\u0161nej\u0161e izbiranje in vodenje kadrov v rokah podjetij, ne le malih in srednje velikih, ampak tudi velikih. Zaposleni se ukvarjajo predvsem s svetovanjem in imajo ve\u010d starje\u0161ih delavcev. Pri izbiri novih sodelavcev igra vlogo celoten odnos osebe, ki izbira nove sodelavce, in odsotnost starostnih predsodkov. Ne vztrajajo pri zaposlovanju samo mladih, temve\u010d sprejemajo vse starosti novih delavcev. Pomembna jim je volja do dela, naravnanost k rezultatom in predhodne izku\u0161nje. \u010ce zaposleni doka\u017ee, da je ve\u010d desetletij delal zelo u\u010dinkovito in ima voljo do dela, je to zanj pokazatelj, da bo \u017eelel biti koristen in dosegati dolo\u010dene rezultate. Zavedajo se tudi, da starej\u0161i zaposleni glede na starost ne bodo tako u\u010dinkoviti kot v preteklosti, a se bodo kljub temu \u017eeleli po\u010dutiti u\u010dinkovite. Bistveno merilo zanje je tudi pripravljenost na u\u010denje, spreminjanje in prilagajanje dolo\u010denemu delovnemu okolju. \u010ce delavec izpolnjuje zgoraj navedeno, se lahko pridru\u017ei ekipi. Podjetje si \u017eeli pestro in starostno raznoliko ekipo; starost zaposlenega jim sploh ni pomembna. Nasprotno, raje zaposlujejo ljudi, ki imajo dokazano dobre izku\u0161nje, so ustre\u017eljivi in v svoje delo vlagajo srce. Z razmeroma majhno ekipo ustvarjajo odli\u010dne u\u010dinke, so odprti za vse ljudi in posku\u0161ajo pridobiti njihov skriti potencial.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"_04xlpA direction-ltr align-justify para-style-body\"><span class=\"WdYUQQ text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">V podjetju so cenili pristop dolo\u010denega starej\u0161ega sodelavca, ki je \u017ee marsikaj pre\u017eivel in je sam pri\u0161el do predloga, da bi svoje izku\u0161nje \u017eelel prenesti na mlaj\u0161ega sodelavca. Ko so mu dali to prilo\u017enost, je zaposleni dobil ve\u010d energije, u\u017eival je v svojem delu in ugotovil, da ga vse bolj izpolnjuje. Izbolj\u0161ali sta se mu psiha in produkcija, zmanj\u0161ala pa se je tudi pogostost izvirne dramatizacije. Ovire pa so lahko na primer lastne delovne navade in stil delavca ter nove zahteve, ki jih zaradi dolgoletnega dela nekje drugje ni vajen. Takemu zaposlenemu se je nekoliko te\u017eje prilagoditi in so mu nekatera nova pravila na za\u010detku bolj zahtevna, a \u010de je zaposleni pripravljen, se bo s\u010dasoma uspe\u0161no prilagodil. V takih primerih je zelo pomembna komunikacija s posameznikom, razlaga razlogov in argumentiranje, da razume postopke in je pripravljen sprejeti konkretna druga\u010dna pravila. Celotna prilagoditev takega zaposlenega, vklju\u010dno s pogovori, nato traja 1-2 meseca. Je nekoliko bolj zahtevna in dolgotrajna, a na koncu prinese koristi obema stranema.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"_04xlpA direction-ltr align-justify para-style-body\"><span class=\"WdYUQQ text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">Priporo\u010dajo, da je treba v primeru zaposlovanja starej\u0161ih sodelavcev, pa tudi \u017ee obstoje\u010dih, uvesti specifi\u010dne smernice in podrobna navodila v zvezi s konkretnim delovnim mestom za zaposlene in jih posodobiti z doslednej\u0161im in podrobnej\u0161im opisom razlogov, zakaj se dolo\u010deni koraki izvajajo in potekajo na dolo\u010den na\u010din. To lahko prihrani kasnej\u0161a vpra\u0161anja in pojasnila. Delodajalcem predlagajo tudi ve\u010d razumevanja za nove starej\u0161e delavce in predhodno testiranje kandidatov za zaposlitev s pomo\u010djo posebnih testov in vpra\u0161alnikov. Klju\u010dno je razumeti in prepoznati osebne prednosti ter jih v celoti izkoristiti. Bolje ko boste zaposlenega spoznali, la\u017eje ga boste vklju\u010dili v delovni proces, izkoristili njegove prednosti in uresni\u010dili njegov polni potencial. Po drugi strani pa je potrebno predhodno obdelati slabosti zaposlenih, da se le-te \u010dim manj manifestirajo v procesu dela.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"_04xlpA direction-ltr align-justify para-style-body\"><span class=\"WdYUQQ text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">Predlagajo tudi, da ne domnevamo, da bo starej\u0161i zaposleni vedel vse, ampak ugotovimo, \u010desa zaposleni ne obvlada v celoti. Priporo\u010dljivo je nenehno podpirati njihovo usposabljanje in izobra\u017eevanje. \u010ce se pomanjkljivosti odkrije kmalu, je manj zamud in zaposleni, hkrati s podjetjem, lahko hitreje
