Del te strategije je program \u00bbWomen UP\u00ab. V okviru tega programa so \u017eenske predlo\u017eile ideje za projekte, ki jih bo banka izvajala. Eden od projektov je &#8220;STAROST v velikosti XL&#8221;. Zaradi internih dogovorov smo projekt preimenovali v \u201cAgavina starost\u201d v izogib negativnim asociacijam na starost starej\u0161ih delavcev.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"_04xlpA direction-ltr align-justify para-style-body\"><span class=\"WdYUQQ text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">Zasnova projekta:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span class=\"WdYUQQ text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">spodnja starostna meja je 50 let,<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"WdYUQQ text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">za\u010deti morajo z izobra\u017eevanjem in diagnozo, kak\u0161ne so zakonitosti, trendi in odnos do ljudi, starih 50+,<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"WdYUQQ text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">izvajati aktivnosti za podporo osebam, starim 50+, da bodo obravnavani brez diskriminacije, za bolj\u0161o komunikacijo med zaposlenimi razli\u010dnih starosti in za podporo medgeneracijskemu upravljanju.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"_04xlpA direction-ltr align-justify para-style-body\"><span class=\"WdYUQQ text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">Bistvo je bilo zoperstaviti se generacijski vojni, stereotipom in staranju. Namen projekta je bil tudi izbolj\u0161ati medgeneracijsko komunikacijo in prikazati potenciale starej\u0161ih. Prednosti:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span class=\"WdYUQQ text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">ve\u010dja vklju\u010denost v delo zaposlenih nad 50 let in ljudi, ki se tej starosti pribli\u017eujejo,<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"WdYUQQ text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">izgradnja kulture raznolikosti in vklju\u010denosti (D&amp;I),<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"WdYUQQ text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">razvijanje strate\u0161kih kompetenc ljudi Agavine starosti,<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"WdYUQQ text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">bolj\u0161a samopodoba starej\u0161ih delavcev,<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"WdYUQQ text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">bolj\u0161e sodelovanje ljudi razli\u010dnih starosti znotraj organizacije,<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"WdYUQQ text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">strokovna aktivacija na razli\u010dnih vsebinskih podro\u010djih.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"_04xlpA direction-ltr align-justify para-style-body\"><span class=\"WdYUQQ text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">V okviru projekta so bile izvedene naslednje aktivnosti:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span class=\"WdYUQQ text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">kompeten\u010dni testi za ljudi Agavine starosti.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"_04xlpA direction-ltr align-justify para-style-body\"><span class=\"WdYUQQ text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">Prihodnji kompeten\u010dni testi za ljudi Agave starosti. Anketiranci so podali vsak svojo povratno informacijo o tem, kako \u017eivijo v \u010dasu nestanovitvnosti, negotovosti, zapletenosti in dvoumnosti, ter kako se prilagajajo. Organizirana je bila mednarodna razprava v obliki spletnega seminarja z naslovom &#8220;Mo\u010d zrelosti Agavine starosti&#8221;.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"_04xlpA direction-ltr align-justify para-style-body\"><span class=\"WdYUQQ text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">Za projekt je bila ustvarjena spletna stran.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"_04xlpA direction-ltr align-justify para-style-body\"><span class=\"WdYUQQ text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">Kot del letnega festivala D&amp;I se je izvedel \u0161e en spletni seminar &#8220;Delo in<\/span> <span class=\"WdYUQQ text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">starost &#8211; kje je problem? Opisana \u0161tudija primera je odli\u010den primer projekta, ki lahko prinese koristi \u0161tevilnim podjetjem, ki bodo implementirala priporo\u010dila v zvezi z upravljanjem
