Earlier this week, the project consortium met online again

The Erasmus+ project AGEADAPT – Adapting SMEs to the Ageing Workforce organised its fourth online meeting of project partners from the Czech Republic, Germany, Poland, Slovenia, and Spain.

The topic of the joint meeting was mainly a summary of all the project outputs delivered so far and the launch of further project results and their implementation into the digital educational platform. At the moment, the consortium works hard to publish all gathered examples of good practices in the field of age-management and to finalise adaptation guidelines for owners and managers of SMEs to help them adapt to the changing age structure of their older employees and create a better working environment for them. At the same time, for workers aged 55+ training materials in the form of short learning videos are also being prepared.

As part of the dissemination of all the project outputs produced so far, a third newsletter is scheduled to be sent out soon, in which you will be able to find out more details. If you would like to subscribe, please contact us via the contact form on the project website.

Stay in touch with us so that you don’t miss any news from the world of age-management.
